Siena 1-2 AC Milan: Pato gives Milan perfect start

Tempers flared after the final whistle, but Leonardo has overseen a 2-1 success over Siena on the opening day of Serie A.

Alex Pato struck to give the Rossoneri the lead but the hosts equalised before the break, however, the burgeoning Brazilian scored again to secure the win.

During the break neither coach opted to make any changes. Just three minutes into the second half, Milan regained their lead thanks to another inspired moment by Ronaldinho, as he found Mathieu Flamini inside the area with a fine pass, and the Frenchman squared it to Pato, who bagged his brace with an easy finish.
