Hamburg SV 1-1 Wolfsburg : Dzeko great strike

SC Hamburg fight against defending champions ended VfL Wolfsburg drew 1-1. Penyama goal for Hamburg in the action are printed by Piotr Trochowski in the end game.

Werder Bremen 2-3 Bayern Munchen: Robben winning scores

Bayern Munich moved to the top of the Bundesliga by edging a five-goal thriller at Werder Bremen to secure their sixth successive win.
Aaron Hunt put Bremen ahead in the 10th minute, but Bayern responded with goals from Thomas Muller and Ivica Olic to deservedly lead at the break.
The Bavarians missed chance after chance and were punished when Hugo Almeida levelled in the 75th minute, but Arjen Robben sealed three points for the visitors three minutes later.
Robben missed the opportunity to put Bayern ahead as early as the third minute when he hit the outside of the post after being put through with only Tim Wiese to beat.
The hosts' defence was all at sea again moments later when Olic was able to break through with only the goalkeeper to beat, but his attempted lob was touched behind by Wiese.
Bremen then went ahead with their first attack of the game in the 10th minute. An excellent display of quick passing carved open the Bayern defence and culminated in Marko Marin threading the ball into the path of Hunt, whose angled drive beat Hans-Jorg Butt inside his near post.
Bayern responded well and were deservedly level in the 25th minute when Muller kept his composure to beat Wiese after a clever dummy by Mario Gomez had allowed his strike partner to pick up Bastian Schweinsteiger's pass inside the penalty area.
Robben missed another one-on-one on the half-hour mark with Gomez then guilty of missing with just Wiese to beat.
But Bayern's persistence was rewarded in the 35th minute when Olic put the finishing touch to an excellent team move which involved Robben, Mark van Bommel and Philipp Lahm, whose cross was helped on by Gomez to Olic at the far post.
And they should have had a third just before the break when Robben lifted the ball over an open goal from 20 yards after Wiese had lost his challenge on Muller outside the penalty area and the ball had broken free.
Bayern continued with their one-way traffic in the second half, missing a hatful of chances. Robben was guilty of the worst miss in the 52nd minute when he placed his shot wide with only Bayern's substitute goalkeeper Michael Rensing to beat.
And Bayern were punished for their profligacy when Almeida equalised in the 75th minute.
Marin lifted the ball over the Bayern defence and the Portuguese forward's excellent control and volley into the far corner gave Bremen an unlikely leveller.
Daniel Van Buyten missed an open goal at the other end and it seemed as though Bayern were going to pay dearly for their wastefulness until Robben took arguably his hardest chance of the afternoon. His free-kick from near the touchline went in off the underside of the crossbar.
There was still time for Bremen to have the ball in the back of the net once again, but Marin's goal was wrongly ruled out for offside late on.

Hertha Berlin 2-2 Bayer Leverkusen: A last-gasp goal

A last-gasp goal from Hertha Berlin's Adrian Ramos denied Bayer Leverkusen the chance to go six points clear at the top of the Bundesliga after a 2-2 draw.
Undefeated Leverkusen, who are on 32 points, four ahead of Werder Bremen and Schalke, who play each other on Saturday, thought they had won it when Burak Kaplan's deflected shot gave them a 2-1 lead in the 90th minute.
Ramos, who had given the hosts the lead on eight minutes, headed in a Raffael corner on the final whistle to grab a point for bottom-placed Hertha, who were reduced to 10 men when Gojko Kacar was sent off 13 minutes from time with a second booking.
"We should have held on to that 2-1," Leverkusen's Toni Kroos, who had equalised in the 76th minute, said.
"We basically have our first-half performance to blame for not winning tonight."
Leverkusen looked a shadow of their usual sparkling selves and quickly fell behind when 23-year-old Ramos combined well with Cicero when the visitors' defence was caught napping, chipping the ball over keeper Rene Adler for an early lead.
Hertha were unlucky not to double the lead eight minutes after the restart when more confusion in the Leverkusen defence ended with captain Raffael firing in from a metre only to be ruled offside.
Lacklustre Leverkusen, who had failed to mount a serious assault on Jaroslav Drobny's goal until then, grabbed a surprise equaliser when Kroos fired in from 20 yards with the Hertha keeper's sight blocked by his defenders.

Wolfsburg 2-3 Nurnberg: Late drama

In a very entertaining Bundesliga clash full of action, promoted side 1. FC Nürnberg surprised VfL Wolfsburg with a late Peer Kluge goal to beat the reigning champions 3-2.
In what at times proved to be a dramatic Bundesliga encounter, 1. FC Nürnberg snatched all three points from VfL Wolfsburg at the Volkswagen Arena. The decisive goal came in the 93rd minute, bringing a conclusion to an action-packed afternoon of football.
Nürnberg start brightly
Nürnberg created their first chance of the game in the fourth minute when Christian Eigler dribbled past Wolfsburg keeper Diego Benaglio, only to see his shot from a tight angle blocked by Sascha Riether. After another Eigler effort, Albert Bunjaku finished off a great solo run into the box before being denied by his fellow countryman Benaglio.
20 minutes in and the guests had already had six attempts on goal, whereas the home faithful were made to wait until the 23rd minute for theirs. A Zvejzdan Misimovic cross reached Alexander Madlung, whose header sailed inches wide - as did Edin Dzeko's effort from the corner of the box a minute later. The Bosnian international had another splendid chance on the half-hour mark but spurned the opportunity.
Entertaining match rewarded with goals
An undoubtedly an entertaining game was finally rewarded after the break as Bunjaku gave Nürnberg the lead following a lob from Peer Kluge in the 56th minute. Muscling Ricardo Costa off the ball, the Swiss international kept his cool to score a deserved opener. The guest's lead, however, lasted only four minutes as substitute Ashkan Dejagah levelled - Dzeko putting the youngster clean through on keeper Raphael Schäfer.
However, the visitors were not to be deterred by the champions' equalizer: Five minutes after Dejagah levelled, it was again Bunjaku who restored the guests' advantage. Daniel Gygax swung the ball over for Bunjaku to shift it over the line from close range.
Late drama
Christian Gentner and Dzeko wasted decent chances before Wolfsburg were thrown a lifeline from the spot. Juri Judt brought down Dejagah inside the box and Grafite coolly converted from the spot to make it 2-2. The Wolves came close to a winner several times late on, throwing everyone forward in search of the three points. To their surprise, however, this allowed Nürnberg to counter and in the third minute of added time, the guests made the most of the resultant space and Kluge sealed the surprise away success, slotting home having been laid off by Gygax.

A thumping victory at Freiburg took Bremen to the top of the standings, with leaders Leverkusen still to play on Sunday.
A powerful attacking display from Bremen swept aside Freiburg on their home patch and took Thomas Schaaf's men above Bayer Leverkusen on goal difference at the top of the table, until Sunday at any rate.
Bremen started purposefully and with the confidence to be expected of a side unbeaten in 19 competitive outings. In the 11th minute, Naldo met a cross from Marko Marin with a header that pulled a great save out of home keeper Simon Pouplin. Four minutes later, Pouplin was beaten by another header, this time from Daniel Jensen, but this time the post came to Freiburg's rescue.
Pressure pays off
With 28 minutes gone, Mesut Özil finished off a good move by prodding the ball against the post from three metres out as Werder relentlessly pursued the opener. It finally arrived five minutes later, Özil cutting the ball back from the goal-line for Hugo Almeida to head home despite Pouplin's best efforts.
Almeida nearly bagged a second before half time, forcing Pouplin into action again with a low shot following another sweeping Bremen move. The Almeida-Pouplin duel continued shortly after the restart, the keeper turning away a shot from the striker with his foot. There was no let-up from Bremen and in the 55th minute, Marko Marin looped a free kick from the left edge of the box straight into the net. Two minutes later, Almeida latched onto a pass from Özil and belted number three past the overworked Pouplin.
Rosenberg rounds it out
Thomas Schaaf's men took a ten-minute breather, then Jensen put Özil away with an angled pass and the Werder playmaker carried the ball into the box before dispatching it into the net to make it 4-0. With just under 20 minutes to play, Mohamadou Idrissou bundled Özil over inside the box and Naldo stepped up to thump home number five, despite a valiant effort by Pouplin to keep it out.
Freiburg's misery was not quite over yet though. In the 82nd minute, the industrious Özil freed up substitute Markus Rosenberg and the striker put the finishing touch on a one-sided contest.

Bayern Munchen 1-1 Schalke: Held again

Bayern Munich have to be satisfied with the result after being held 1-1 draw by Schalke 04 guests, on further action in the Allianz Arena Bundesliga on Saturday (7/11/2009), early morning.
Munich did not appear with his best strength. Arjen Robben started action off the bench, and Franck Ribery still not played in this fight. Luca Toni and Miroslav Klose in front as the spearhead.
Munich opened the first score through the legs of Daniel van Buyten on 31 minutes. Ball of free kick in the middle of the field, turned into a wild ball after hitting his head Schalke defender. Goalkeeper Manuel Neuer lose their positions and Buyten freely struck the ball into the empty goal.

Bayern Munchen 2-1 Frankfurt: Coming from behind

Munich - Bayern Munich thin victory when entertain Eintracht Frankfurt. Coming from behind in advance, FC Hollywood finally won with a score of 2-1.
In the games at Allianz Arena on Saturday (24/10/2009) , Bavaria which appears to compete with numerous players such as its flagship Miroslav Klose, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Mark van Bommel is relatively more dominant.
Still no goals are created in the first round. And when the fight continued into the second half, Bayern left it first. Alexander Meier was made behind Bayern in the 60th minute.
Feedback breakthrough Patrick Ochs, Meier immediately greeted with a right leg kick. Bayern escorted nets Hans Jorg Butt was breaking. But the 0-1 position lasted only 10 minutes.

Bayern Munich 3-0 Wolfsburg: Healing Win
The Bavarian’s season is well and truly back on track with a 3-0 home win over the reigning champions. The second-half saw Robben and Ribery turn on the style and seal a great win.
All talk of a crisis will be silenced at Bayern Munich following an impressive 3-0 win over Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga Saturday evening game.
Bayern looked like a team with one thing on their minds in the opening minutes and Mario Gomez found some space and fired in a shot after just two minutes to signal his intent to Wolfsburg keeper Diego Benaglio.
The visitors as is usual showed that they were not going to be shy going forward with Grafite denied on six minutes when Bayern keeper Hans-Jorg Butt parried his shot. Munich native Zvjezdan Misimovic then caused some panic in the Bayern area, but Daniel van Buyten nicked the ball away at the crucial moment.

Freiburg 0-5 Bayer Leverkusen: Hammered in six
Bayer Leverkusen went goal-crazy as they beat newly-promoted Freiburg 5-0 at the Badenova Stadion.
The Werkself scored the first goal after 35 minutes with Stefan Kiessling scoring his third goal of the season. Freiburg had their chances, but it was Bayer, who took theirs first. A great pass from Simon Rolfes went to Kiessling, and the German striker took a first-time shot which left the keeper no chance.
The visitors added a second two minutes into the second-half through Tranquillo Barnetta. Freiburg were too passive at the back and the Swiss midfielder was given plenty of time to fire the ball into right-hand corner.
2-0 became 3-0 after 69 minutes when summer signing Eren Derdiyok fired in a direct free-kick from 18 metres out. The ball was stoppable and Freiburg keeper Salz should have done better.
Six minutes later and a fourth goal was added to Leverkusen’s tally with Barnetta grabbing his second of the game. Krnas lost the ball on the edge of his own area to the Swiss international. He didn’t need a second invitation fired a precise shot into the back of the net.

Mainz 2-1 Bayern: Great promotion winning
Bayern Munich have to swallow back ashamed. Bundesliga giants team must recognize that the benefits of the new campaign team years ago with FC Mainz score 2-1 at the Stadion am Bruchweg, Saturday (22/8/2009).
Mainz directly attack Bayern defense since the early minutes. Tim Hoogland players stand a chance for The O-Fives. Unfortunately, his shot still out of the gate Michael Rensing.
