Burnley 0-4 Liverpool: Gerrard inspiring
afpLiverpool coach Rafael Benitez, praised the appearance of skipper Steven Gerrard, who scored two goals against Burnley. The presence of Gerrard is very important to satisfy the thirst goals due to the absence of Fernando Torres goal getters.
In a game at home to Burnley on Sunday (25/04/2010) night, it was Gerrard scored twice, opening for "The Reds". The goal, added another goal from Maxi Rodriguez and Ryan Babel, a thirst for the release of "The Anfield gang" after Torres injury. "After four goals without reply, you must be sure. I think we can defeat Atletico Madrid and to the finals, and if we get three points in every duel league, we had a great chance in the top four," said the Gaffer.
Liverpool is now in sixth with 62 values. To go to the Champions League, Gerrard and his friends must displace Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, the odds of each one and two points from "The Reds".
